Tube Sealing Device

In 3 seconds or less, this next-generation tube sealer creates sturdy, dependable seals. Use the T-SEAL III device as a single unit or cascade up to eight units for increased efficiency in blood collection and processing.

An optical sensor detects when tubing is inserted between the electrodes of the sealing head
Tension relief arms grip the tubing to prevent traction on the tube
The electrode from the sealing head moves forward and squeezes the tubing
High-frequency waves are activated and melt the tubing into two easy-to-separate parts
A multicolored LED ring clearly indicates device status
The T-SEAL III device is designed for polyvinyl chloride (PVC) tubing up to 6.2 mm (0.24 in) outer diameter
