T-SEAL II
Tube Sealing Device
Increase efficiency with reliable quality seals that are easy to separate.

In 3 seconds or less, this next-generation tube sealer creates sturdy, dependable seals. Use the T-SEAL III device as a single unit or cascade up to eight units for increased efficiency in blood collection and processing.

  • An optical sensor detects when tubing is inserted between the electrodes of the sealing head
  • Tension relief arms grip the tubing to prevent traction on the tube
  • The electrode from the sealing head moves forward and squeezes the tubing
  • High-frequency waves are activated and melt the tubing into two easy-to-separate parts
  • A multicolored LED ring clearly indicates device status
  • The T-SEAL III device is designed for polyvinyl chloride (PVC) tubing up to 6.2 mm (0.24 in) outer diameter
