TERUMO BLOOD AND CELL TECHNOLOGIES AND THE LEUKEMIA & LYMPHOMA SOCIETY (LLS)®

Working Together to Fight Cancer

At Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies, we are deeply committed to our vision of Working Together for Better Lives and our promise to Unlock Potential. One way we back these words is through our support of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS).

Approximately every three minutes, one person in the United States is diagnosed with blood cancer. We need your support to help change this statistic.

LLS is the largest nonprofit organization providing light in the midst of the darkness of blood cancer. For more than 60 years, LLS has helped pioneer innovations once thought impossible, such as multidrug chemotherapy, stem cell transplantation and other treatments that have changed the landscape of blood cancers.

As one of Colorado’s largest medical device and biotechnology companies, Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies is committed to supporting LLS in the fight against blood cancers. Our partnership with LLS has grown over the years, and we’re proud that our associates and partners have raised nearly $2 million to support the mission of LLS. This has enabled LLS to fund 46 FDA-approved blood cancer treatments; it’s also supported breakthroughs in immunotherapy, genomics and personalized medicine that are improving and saving the lives of patients across the globe.

2020 Campaign: A Force for Good

Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies has a mission to be a “force for good” this year with our corporate citizenship. For a company like Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies, with a 100-year mission of contributing to society through healthcare, both cancer and COVID-19 have been a call to action, and we are fully committed to helping patients who need it most. We are committed to providing support for the 1.4 million Americans with blood cancer to fund the research that will someday lead us to a world without cancer.

We hope you will consider supporting Terumo’s Light The Night efforts by joining our team HERE.

We also hope you will encourage your friends, family and community members to help us reach our fundraising goal.
