Introducing expanded customer support

At Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies, we are dedicated to improving your customer experience and providing top-notch customer support. That is why we are excited to introduce our new online Help Center as an additional way for you to connect with us and conveniently find help when you need it.

The Help Center is designed to simplify and expedite a range of customer needs, including:

  • Searching for important documents, such as certificates of compliance, Instructions for Use (IFUs), or operator’s manuals
  • Reporting nonurgent tubing set issues, such as kinks, leaks, or misassemblies
  • Requesting service for broken components or routine preventive maintenance
  • Seeking answers to nonurgent procedural or product-related inquiries, such as volume discrepancies, procedure optimization, or post-incident alarm questions
When you submit an issue through the Help Center, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique reference number and a copy of your submission. Our dedicated support team will carefully review each case, ensuring that it is promptly addressed.
 
We encourage you to visit the Help Center frequently, as we will consistently update and enhance the content. Your feedback is valuable to us, so please share your thoughts and insights to assist us in customizing this resource and making it as helpful as possible for you.
