At Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies, Elfareato is driving the next wave of plasma innovation — developing solutions that enhance donor-to-patient pathways and unlock new frontiers for therapeutic plasma applications. Before joining the company, Elfareato served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the $1.5 billion Care Pathways franchise at GE HealthCare. His portfolio spanned oncology, cardiology, neurology, pharmaceuticals, and AI-powered solutions. Under his leadership, the business achieved sustained double-digit growth, launched disruptive commercial models, and integrated complex acquisitions.

Before that, he transformed GE HealthCare’s Oncology Pathways business from a greenfield initiative into a $600 million market leader through strategic M&A, market expansion, and agile execution.

A U.S. Navy veteran and board-level strategist, Elfareato thrives in high-stakes environments where transformation is essential. He is known for his fearless leadership, deep operational expertise, and ability to unlock enterprise value at scale.
