Bon Lopez is Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Chief People Officer at Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies, where he leads the company's global people strategy with a simple belief: When people and leaders thrive, organizations win. He partners closely with executive leaders across the business to build capabilities and an inclusive culture that delivers sustainable results and profitable business growth worldwide.

Since joining Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies in 2020, Bon has played a pivotal role in advancing organizational effectiveness, leadership excellence, and talent development. He has strengthened the company’s leadership pipeline by attracting top talent, accelerating internal leadership growth, and implementing structured development pathways that support long-term business continuity and growth. Following the disruptions of the COVID-19 pandemic, he helped foster a highly engaged workforce, with associate engagement and employee Net Promoter Scores consistently exceeding 80%.

Bon has also been instrumental in building a globally connected, high-performing “One HR” Team. By elevating HR capabilities, strengthening talent across the function, and modernizing people programs, he has positioned HR as a strategic business partner that enables organizational agility, enhances associate experience, and supports sustained profitable growth.

A seasoned C-suite executive, Bon brings more than 30 years of international leadership experience spanning the Americas, Europe, and Asia across the consumer packaged goods, consumer healthcare, diagnostics, and medical technology industries. Before joining Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies, Bon held senior human resources leadership roles with Unilever, Novartis, and Ortho Clinical Diagnostics (Johnson & Johnson), where he developed deep expertise in human capital strategy, talent, organization, and leadership development.

Bon earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from De La Salle University in the Philippines and has completed executive education programs at Stanford University, Babson College, and Dartmouth College. He is also a certified executive coach and has partnered with senior leaders and executives for more than two decades to unlock leadership potential and drive organizational success.

Outside of work, Bon is committed to giving back to the community through his board service with the American Cancer Society.
